Why Yilu
In Mandarin, Yilu means "the whole journey".
The name represents our aspirations, but also our commitment to each other.
We go all the way together because we believe in what we are developing. We also know our success depends on working with motivated, engaged, committed teams. We don't impose our culture - we crate it and reshape itcontinuously, and you will part of this!
We work remotely and in the vibrant centre of Berlin, with a multinational, talented team that will mentor you to grow and surpass yourself.
Imagine all the ways travel could be better. That’s what we’re creating.

Our hiring
process
We believe in a lean and transparent hiring process.
After checking your application, our talent acquisition manager will arrange a first call to learn more about your expectations and aspirations.
A few days later, a deep-dive interview with the hiring manager will take place, where you can discuss the position and your previous experience in detail.
In the third round, you show us what you can do by working on a case study (live or home-assignment).
Last but not least, you will get to know your future team in a final interview.
