Why Yilu

In Mandarin, Yilu means "the whole journey". The name represents our aspirations, but also our commitment to each other. We go all the way together because we believe in what we are developing. We also know our success depends on working with motivated, happy, committed people. We don't determine our culture - we believe you’ll help us to create a continuously improving environment when you join.

How we hire

We believe in a lean and transparent process!

After checking your application, our Talent Acquisition Manager will arrange a first call to learn more about your expectations and goals.

A few days later, a deep-dive interview with the Hiring Manager will take place, where you can discuss the position and your previous experience in detail.

In the third round, you show us what you can do by participating in a work challenge (live or home-assignment).

Last but not least, you will get to know your future team in a final interview so you can see who you will be working with. Once you have gone through all these steps, you are ready to become a part of Yilu :)
